At a mid-range dedicated spa, you can typically expect:
- Swedish massage: the most affordable full-body option

Duration
A 90-minute session usually costs 35–45% more than a 60-minute one, not 50% more, so longer sessions often offer better value per minute.
Location and setting
Rent in Westlands or a hotel adds to the price. You pay for the lobby as well as the massage.
Therapist training
Experienced therapists trained in deep tissue or sports techniques charge more, and they're usually worth it if you have a specific problem.
Hygiene and extras
Fresh linen for every client, quality oils, private rooms and showers all cost money. Very cheap massage often cuts corners here first.
Is a cheap massage worth it?
Sometimes. But be wary of prices far below the local average. Common trade-offs include shorter real treatment time, reused linen, untrained staff, and places that aren't offering professional therapeutic massage at all. If a price seems too good to be true, check reviews and ask exactly what's included before you go.
