A full body massage is exactly what it sounds like: a complete, head-to-toe treatment. It is one of the most requested treatments at our spa, and the one we recommend when you simply want to feel better everywhere.
Unlike a focused session, nothing is skipped. Your therapist works through your back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, glutes, legs and feet, and finishes with your scalp.
You choose the pressure
Our full body massage isn't locked to one style. At the start of the session you pick the pressure that suits you:
- Light: slow, soothing strokes for stress and sleep, similar to Swedish massage
- Medium: our most popular choice, firm enough to loosen tight muscles while staying relaxing
- Firm: deeper work on knots in the back and shoulders, borrowing techniques from deep tissue massage
You can change your mind at any time. Just say "lighter" or "firmer" and your therapist adjusts.
What happens during your session
- A short consultation. We ask where you carry tension, about any injuries or conditions, and what pressure you prefer.
- Private changing. You undress to your comfort level in a private room and lie under a fresh towel.
- Back and shoulders first. Most sessions start face down, where most people hold the most tension.
- Legs and feet. Long strokes along the calves and thighs, then detailed work on the feet.
- Turning over. Your therapist holds the towel while you turn. Then the front of the legs, arms, hands, neck and scalp.
- A slow finish. You get a moment to come back before sitting up, with water waiting.
You stay covered throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, which is standard professional practice.
Price
A full body massage costs KSh 7,000 per session. It's an unhurried treatment: your therapist takes the time to cover every area properly rather than rushing to fit a clock.
Benefits clients notice
- Muscles feel looser and lighter all over
- Deeper sleep, often the same night
- A calmer mind after a busy week
- Relief from the general stiffness of long days at a desk or behind the wheel
Oils and hygiene
We use a neutral, skin-friendly massage oil. If you'd like scent, you can switch to an essential oil blend from our aromatherapy massage. Linen and towels are changed for every client, and tables are sanitised between sessions.
Aftercare
Drink water, take a warm shower if you'd like, and avoid a heavy workout for a few hours. If you chose firm pressure, some tenderness the next day is normal.
Upgrade your session
Ask about adding hot stones or extra time when you book. See all prices and packages.
