How do I book a massage?
Send us a WhatsApp message, call us, or use the booking form on our contact page. We confirm your time by phone or WhatsApp, usually within the hour during opening times.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome, 24 hours a day. Booking ahead by WhatsApp or phone guarantees your preferred time, especially for couples massage.
Where are you located?
We are on Kindaruma Road in Kilimani, Nairobi, a short drive from Kileleshwa, Lavington, Hurlingham and Upper Hill. Tap Directions in the footer for a map, and ask us about parking when you book.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and public holidays. Come in by appointment or walk in.
How much does a massage cost?
A 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage starts at KSh 2,000. Foot massage and reflexology is KSh 3,000, a full body massage is KSh 7,000, and couples massage starts from KSh 10,000 for two. See the pricing page for everything.
How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa, debit and credit cards, and cash. Payment is taken after your treatment.
Is this a professional massage?
Yes. We provide strictly professional, therapeutic massage. Our therapists will end a session immediately if a client makes an inappropriate request, and no refund is given in that case.
Who do you serve?
Our spa is designed around the needs of male clients, and any adult looking for professional therapeutic massage is welcome. All clients must be 18 or older.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. You undress to your own comfort level in private and stay covered by a fresh towel, with only the area being massaged uncovered. For sports massage, shorts are ideal.
Which massage should I choose for my first visit?
Swedish massage is the best starting point if you want to relax. If you have stubborn knots or back pain, choose deep tissue. If you're unsure, tell us how you feel and we'll recommend one.
Will deep tissue massage hurt?
You'll feel firm pressure and some areas may feel intense, but it should never be sharp. Tell your therapist and they will adjust immediately. Mild tenderness for a day or two afterwards is normal.
How clean is the spa?
Linen and towels are changed for every client, surfaces and tables are sanitised between sessions, and hot stones are washed and sanitised after each use. Therapists wash their hands before and after every treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 3 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. Repeated no-shows may need to pay in advance for future bookings.
Can I get a massage if I have a medical condition?
Often yes, but tell us when you book. If you have a recent injury, a blood clotting condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or have had recent surgery, check with your doctor first. Massage does not replace medical treatment.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Vouchers are available for any treatment or package and are valid for six months. Ask us on WhatsApp or at reception.
