Foot massage and reflexology in Kilimani, Nairobi

Focused massage and pressure-point work on the feet and lower legs. Ideal after long days on your feet.

Therapist applying reflexology pressure to the sole of a client's foot

Your feet carry you through long days on Nairobi's pavements, in formal shoes, on the pitch and on the trails. A foot massage gives them the attention they rarely get.

This treatment combines relaxing foot massage with reflexology, a technique that applies focused pressure to specific points on the feet.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is based on the idea that points on the feet correspond to other areas of the body. Practitioners apply thumb and finger pressure to these points to promote relaxation.

We want to be straightforward: the scientific evidence that reflexology affects other organs is limited. What clients consistently tell us is that it's deeply relaxing, eases tired and aching feet, and helps them switch off. That's what we promise, and that's what we deliver.

Reflexology is a relaxation treatment, not a medical treatment. It doesn't diagnose or treat illness.

What happens during your session

  1. A warm foot soak to cleanse and relax the feet.
  2. Warm-up massage on the feet, ankles and calves.
  3. Pressure-point work across the soles, heels, arches and toes.
  4. Calf massage to release tension that builds in the lower legs.
  5. A calm finish with a light moisturising balm.

You stay fully clothed, apart from your shoes and socks. Just roll up your trousers to the knee.
