# Terms of service

These terms apply to bookings and treatments at Gentlemans Massage Spa and to use of this website. By booking, you agree to them.

## Our services

We provide professional, therapeutic massage for adults aged 18 and over. Massage supports relaxation and wellbeing. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

## Your health

Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medication or pregnancy before your treatment. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. If you're unsure whether massage is suitable, ask your doctor first. We may decline or change a treatment if we believe it isn't safe.

## Conduct

Our therapists provide strictly professional services. Any inappropriate behaviour or request will end the session immediately, with full payment due, and we may refuse future bookings.

## Bookings, lateness and cancellations

- Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client isn't delayed. The full price still applies.
- Please give at least 3 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for payment in advance.

## Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our [pricing page](/pricing/) in Kenya shillings and may change. The price confirmed at booking applies. Payment is due after your treatment by M-Pesa, card or cash.

## Packages and gift vouchers

Packages and vouchers must be used within the period stated, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

## Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or in the space provided. We aren't responsible for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

## Liability

We take reasonable care in every treatment. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for reactions or outcomes arising from information you didn't share with us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
