Aromatherapy massage pairs a gentle, rhythmic full-body massage with a blend of essential oils diluted in a carrier oil. Before your session you'll smell a few blends and choose the one that feels right.

## Our blends

- **Calm:** lavender and cedarwood, for stress and sleep
- **Clear:** eucalyptus and peppermint, for a heavy head and blocked feeling
- **Restore:** rosemary and ginger, for tired, achy muscles

## What the session feels like

The pressure is lighter than deep tissue and the pace is slow. Many clients fall asleep. We finish with a short scalp massage so you leave calm but not groggy.

## Allergies and sensitivities

Tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities, asthma or pregnancy before we begin. We can use an unscented oil instead, and we always do a quick patch check if you're unsure.
