These are broad ranges based on what spas across Nairobi commonly charge. Individual prices vary.

A 90-minute session usually costs 35–45% more than a 60-minute one, not 50% more, so longer sessions often offer better value per minute.

### Location and setting
Rent in Westlands or a hotel adds to the price. You pay for the lobby as well as the massage.

### Therapist training
Experienced therapists trained in deep tissue or sports techniques charge more, and they're usually worth it if you have a specific problem.

### Hygiene and extras
Fresh linen for every client, quality oils, private rooms and showers all cost money. Very cheap massage often cuts corners here first.
